We can insure some pre-existing medical conditions. If you have a pre-existing medical condition that we can’t cover, the Money and Pensions Scheme (MaPS) has a directory listing companies that might be able to help you. You can also contact them on 0800 138 7777.

The policy is arranged and administered by ROCK Insurance Services Limited (ROCK) and underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance SA UK Branch (IPA UK) whose ultimate parent company is AXA Partners Holding SA.
