If you'd like to cancel your home insurance renewal
- You'll need to have your policy number and renewal date handy. You can find these details on your renewal invite, your original insurance policy document, or in Your Insurance Account.
- If your renewal date is within 72 hours, please get in touch on 0345 671 5688*.
- Once we end your insurance policy on the renewal date, your home or contents won't be insured by us from that day.
- We'll send you a confirmation email once your request is complete.
If you'd like to cancel your car insurance renewal
- You'll need to have your policy number and renewal date handy. You can find these details on your renewal invite, your original insurance policy document, or in Your Insurance Account.
- If your renewal date is within 72 hours, please contact us on 0345 671 5678*.
- Once we end your insurance policy on the renewal date, your car won't be insured by us from that day.
- Remember to get other insurance for your vehicle. It's an offence not to have valid insurance unless you've sent a Statutory Off-Road Notification (SORN) to the DVLA
- You must destroy the Certificate of Insurance, as the policy is no longer valid.
- We'll send a confirmation when your request is complete. This will include your proof of no claims discount.
- Other insurance providers will also accept your renewal invite as proof of no claims.
