Instant Access Savings Account ATM card removal

We regularly review our products to make sure they’re meeting our customers current needs. Fewer customers are now withdrawing cash from their Instant Access Savings Account, preferring to use secure online transfers to manage their money.

Because of this, we’ve decided to stop offering a card with this account from 14 August 2026.

What this means for you

  • You can continue to use your ATM card to withdraw cash up until 14 August 2026
  • From 14 August 2026, your card will no longer work, even if it has a future expiry date - please destroy it securely
  • Your account is not closing, you'll still be able to access and withdraw money, only the card is being deactivated
  • You can continue to easily withdraw money to your linked account with our Mobile Banking App, Online Banking or by calling us
