Mobile Operating System (OS)

Your 'operating system' (or 'OS') is software on your phone or tablet which enables you to use the device and run applications.

We support both iOS and Android operating systems. We have a dedicated app for each, but our app does not currently support tablets.

Keeping your OS up to date ensures that you receive the latest security updates provided by OS developers. This helps you stay safe and makes sure that you can continue to use the latest version of our Mobile Banking App.

OS versions we support

We carefully select the OS versions we support based on:

• The OS versions most of our customers use
• Security updates provided by OS developers
• Our responsibility to protect your data
• The practicality of supporting multiple OS versions

New versions of iOS and Android are released annually. Our app works best on the latest OS versions, so we encourage you to update when you can. Currently, we support:

• iOS 16 or above
• Android 10 or above

When iOS 27 and Android 17 are released in 2026, we’ll stop supporting iOS 16 and Android 10.

If an OS version stops being supported

If we stop supporting an OS version, you will not be able to update to the latest version of our Mobile App and the app will stop working on your device.

If this happens, you can choose to:

• Upgrade your OS version
• Use another device that meets our OS requirements
• Manage your account by logging into Online Banking
• Manage your account by contacting us
• Close your account, if you cannot access it on any supported device

Upgrading your OS version

• iOS: Go to Settings, then General, then Software Update
• Android: Go to Settings, then System, then System update

These may vary slightly depending on your device.

Find your current OS version

• iOS: Go to Settings, then General, then About
• Android: Go to Settings, then About phone, then Android version

We may also prompt you in the app if an OS upgrade is available.
