        Login and shop online securely every time

        You can login to manage your accounts in a speedy and secure way, using something that's totally unique to you - your fingerprint. On iOS, if you have an iPhone X or later, you can even use your face. This can be switched on by going to the Security section in the Settings menu of our App.

        There are some new regulations coming to the way you shop online. Soon, all banks will be adding an extra layer of security during checkout.

        These new regulations will make it safer and easier for you to approve your online transactions.

            Check your balance in seconds

            Checking your balance is simple with Balance Peek: quickly and easily peek at them on the move, without having to use your login details. You can use Balance Peek in the App, on iPhone Today Notifications, Apple Watch and on Android Widgets.

            You can easily review the details of individual transactions, whether they’re pending or processed and we’ve made it even easier to find what you’re looking for by adding merchant logos.

                Take control of your credit card

                Want to pay your credit card? No problem. In our App, there are a number of ways you can control how you pay your bill including Pay by Bank, debit card or direct debit.

                Pay By Bank lets you make payments without the hassle of putting in your details every time. For most banks, you'll also be able to see your current account balance before you pay.

                  Simple payments and transfers

                  Want to split last night's restaurant tab with a friend, or need to pay the bill that's just landed on the doormat? With our App it can be sorted in seconds. You can pay an existing payee, or add someone new using just:

                  • their name
                  • account number
                  • or sort code

                  Read up on how you can add a new payee and make a payment in our App by heading to Your Community.

                      Transferring money between your accounts

                      Transferring between your Tesco Bank accounts is as simple as going to 'Transfers', selecting the account you want to move money to, choosing the amount and tapping confirm.

                        Top up Clubcard Pay+

                        You can add your shopping money to Clubcard Pay+ using our secure Mobile Banking App.

                        Tesco Clubcard Pay+ is available to Tesco Clubcard members who are resident in the UK and aged 18 or over. Accounts are subject to status.

                            All the information, none of the paper

                            In our App, your statements and documents are in one secure place, from your annual statements to your tax certificates.

                            You can even choose to go paperless meaning you can:

                            • print
                            • copy
                            • or email

                            the documents you want, rather than getting them all through the post.

                            Just select 'Paperless' in our Settings menu in our App to opt in.

                                Update your personal details

                                To update your details for your credit card, Clubcard Pay+, savings or loan account, simply log in to our Mobile Banking App, go to the 'settings' menu and then select 'Personal details'.

                                You can tap 'Edit' on any details you'd like to change.
