Accessibility guidelines
The Tesco Bank Mobile App is committed to providing an app experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience. Our Mobile App follows the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.0, level AA, with some exceptions, which we’re working on.
We’re continually working to improve the accessibility of our Mobile App, using both the native accessibility features found in both iOS and Android operating systems and our targeted device type, as well as in our own design standards.
Handy in-app features to help you stay on top of your money in a way that suits you:
- Card block/unblock – if you misplace your card you can easily put a temporary block on it in the AppCard block/unblock
- Spend notifications - we can notify you when you spend on your credit cardSpend notifications
- Payment due reminder – we can send you alerts when a credit card payment is duePayment due reminder
- Fingerprint and Face ID login - Log in and manage your accounts in a speedy and secure way, using something that's totally unique to youFingerprint and Face ID login
- Balance peek - Check your balance easily on the go without the need to log in, using Balance Peek’Balance peek
