Buy Croatian Kuna before you fly

Planning before you visit Croatia

Buying Croatian Kuna before you fly lets you pay for little essentials like taxis, food and drink, without having to withdraw from an ATM or bank. That way you can avoid additional withdrawal charges and avoid the stress of having to find a cash machine when you arrive. It also makes tipping easier when you have cash handy.

It’s also worth remembering that foreign exchange rates fluctuate. When you buy Croatian Kuna in advance, you can be sure of the rate you are going to get. If you withdraw cash from an ATM while you’re in Croatia you might find you don’t get the same exchange rate.

Get your currency when it’s convenient for you

Use Click & Collect and arrange to pick up your Croatian Kuna as part of your weekly shop, either from a Tesco Travel Money bureau or selected customer service desks. Or, you could try our home delivery service – free on all orders of £500 or more.

Exchange rates can change throughout the day and will vary depending on whether you are buying in store, online or over the phone.
