What's new with our app?

Watch out for Balance Peek

Balance Peek now works on today's notifications and on your new Apple Watch. So you can check your balances at a glance without even taking your phone out of your pocket.

Balance Peek from Tesco Bank allows you to quickly and easily check your balances on the move, without even logging into the app.

To set it up securely you will need to log in and visit settings, where you can pick any or all of your accounts. You can come back at any time to change which accounts you see or to turn it off completely.

To make it even easier to stay up to date with your balance, you can swipe down the today notification, hit edit and add the Tesco Bank app.

So... that's all there is to it.

Next time you launch the app, you'll quickly be able to peek at your selected balances.

We always recommend that you keep you phone safe and secure, by using your phone’s security.

We’ve also made Balance Peek available on Apple Watch, so you can now check your balances without even taking your phone out of your pocket.

Register for Online Banking - once you're set up, you can use your Online Banking details to register the app.

Safe and secure

You should feel just as safe on your phone as on your computer. So we've used security features you'll recognise from Online Banking:

  • Reassurance - see your unique image and phrase when you log in
  • Choose your login - use your Online Banking username and password; or create a 5-digit passcode to log in faster
  • Lost or stolen phone - to stop your phone from accessing the Mobile Banking App, call us on 0345 300 4278 or on Typetalk use 18001 0345 300 4278. This number may be included as part of any inclusive call minutes provided by your phone operator.
