Planned Maintenance for Online Banking

Tesco Bank Online Banking will be unavailable from 5pm Saturday, 18 February to 9am Sunday, 19 February 2012 while we carry out maintenance on our systems.

Our telephone banking service will also have limited functionality during this period.

Which login should I use?

Login 1 - Existing Customer Number

Use your customer number as normal to log in, until we ask you to create a new Unique ID.

Login 2 - New Unique ID

After you've set up your new security details, use your new Unique ID instead of your customer number to log in.

New to Tesco Bank?

If you've just opened a new account with us, you may already have created a Unique ID. You should use your Unique ID to log in and manage your new account.

SECURITY NOTICE: Tesco Bank will never send you an email asking for personal information or requesting you log in to our website to validate your login details. Therefore, if you think you have received a fraudulent email, before deleting it, please send us a copy. Click on the "Forward" button to attach it to a new email and send it to phishing@tescobank.com. Please do not add any personal details before sending to us.

If you think you may have responded to a fraudulent email with your Online Servicing security details then please call us immediately. For Credit Cards you can contact us 24 hours a day (calls may be recorded) on 0845 366 1281. For Savings you can contact us between 8am - 10pm Mon - Fri, and 9am - 5pm Sat and Sun (calls may be recorded) on 0845 601 0900.

Changes to payment times from 1 January 2012

We're changing the way we make electronic transfers from your account to other accounts to provide a faster service.

We'll inform you in writing about the changes to your savings account Terms and Conditions as a result of this. We'll also update your Online Banking Terms and Conditions which you will be able to view from 1 January 2012 when the new Terms and Conditions take effect.
