Which login should I use?
Customer Number
If you have a Customer Number, use Login 1 to log in. We'll ask you to create a Username.
Username
If you have a Username use Login 2.
Have a Unique ID?

Changes to payment times – 1 January 2012
On 1 January 2012 we changed the way we make electronic transfers from your account to other accounts to provide a faster service. You can find out more information about this in the Making Payments Online section in our Online Help Centre.

SECURITY NOTICE: Tesco Bank will never send you an email asking for personal information or requesting you log in to our website to validate your login details. Therefore, if you think you have received a fraudulent email, before deleting it, please send us a copy. Click on the "Forward" button to attach it to a new email and send it to phishing@tescobank.com. Please do not add any personal details before sending to us.
If you think you may have responded to a fraudulent email with your Online Servicing security details then please call us immediately. For Credit Cards you can contact us 24 hours a day (calls may be recorded) on 0845 366 1281. For Savings you can contact us between 8am - 10pm Mon - Fri, and 9am - 5pm Sat and Sun (calls may be recorded) on 0845 601 0900.
