How points are claimed

  1. Download the Recommend a Friend form [PDF, 1,192KB] and complete your details in part 1. Then give the form to any relative or friend planning to take out a Clubcard Credit Card. They can apply online here.
  2. Once the account opens, complete part 2 of the form and return to the address provided. No stamp is needed.
  3. You’ll both then receive 1000 Clubcard points.
