Therefore, if you think you have received a fraudulent email, before deleting it, please send us a copy. Click on the "Forward" button to attach it to a new email and send it to phishing@tescobank.com. Please do not add any personal details before sending to us.

If you think you may have responded to a fraudulent email with your Online Servicing security details then please call us immediately.

For Credit Cards you can contact us 24 hours a day (calls may be recorded) on 0845 366 1281. For Savings you can contact us between 8am-10pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday on 0845 601 0900 (calls may be recorded).
