    • Be seen – put your hazard lights on

    A few things to expect:

    • You'll need the vehicle reg or your postcode
    • If you don't have breakdown cover, we can still help, but you'll need to pay for it
    • This won't affect your no claims discount

    If you have added Key Cover to your policy, then you have up to 30 days to start your claim.

    If you don’t have Key Cover, don’t worry as the following is already covered as part of your policy:

    Theft of Keys – included across all levels of Insurance and has a set limit on each cover level. Excludes Third Party, Fire & Theft.

    Loss of Keys – only covered by our Gold Car Insurance and it is up to Market value to replace your keys.

    You need to start your claim within 24 hours of the incident, so please contact Tesco Bank directly to make a claim.

      Bronze Cover or Third Party Fire and Theft or Third Party Only on Silver Cover:

      Windscreen cover is not included in your policy. You can still call our partners National Windscreen on the number below but will have to cover the cost yourself.

                        What you can expect
