If you’re worried about making your payments beyond the next three months or you aren’t sure how long you might need support for, our Financial Assist team are here to help.

You’ll need to supply some additional information via our affordability tool where we can assess your individual circumstances. Once we know what your budget looks like, we’ll have a better idea of how we can help and then work out a solution together over the phone.

The easiest way to fill out the affordability tool is to look at your bank statements to find out what you’re spending money on each week, you can do this at your own pace. If you have any difficulties completing the affordability tool, don’t worry, a member of our team will still get in touch but the more detail you can complete, the better.

To get started you will need to ‘create an account’ with us through the affordability tool. Once this is complete, a member of the team will then be in touch.
