Please remember that all travellers must:

• Be aged 74 or under
• Be a UK resident for at least 6 months
• Be registered with a GP in the UK

If anyone to be covered is over 74, you can still purchase a Single Trip policy by calling us on 0845 293 9474. For couple and family policies, all adults must live at the same address.

If you want to apply you'll need:

• Your credit or debit card details for payment
• Your Clubcard number (if you have one)
