What you need to use Tesco Bank Online Banking
Our site uses Adobe Flash to allow you to login. We recommend that to use Tesco Bank Online Banking, you have a PC or Apple Mac which meets the Adobe Flash minimum hardware requirements. Please find some information below which explains what you’ll need:
- Cookies - You'll need your browser to be set up to accept cookies from Tesco Bank. To make sure you can accept cookies, please check your browser help. You can access your browser help by using the help menu on your browser or by pressing ALT + H on your keyboard if you can't see your menu bar.
- JavaScript - You'll need JavaScript turned on before you can login to Online Banking. To learn more about how to do this, please check your browser help. You can access your browser help by using the help menu on your browser or by pressing ALT + H on your keyboard if you can't see your menu bar.
- Adobe Flash Player - We use Adobe Flash when you login to allow us to recognise your computer. We recommend that you have a PC or Apple Mac which meets the Adobe Flash minimum hardware requirements listed below.

What if my PC or Mac doesn't meet these requirements?
We've built Online Banking service to work with modern browsers and we've tested against the common combinations of Operating System and Browser. If your PC or MAC doesn't meet these minimum requirements you may still be able to use Tesco Bank Online Banking, but some features may not work as expected. We'll not be able to offer any support on browsers which aren't listed in the recommended combinations.
We would suggest that you upgrade your Internet Browser to a version as outlined above in the Minimum Requirements.

We know that the following Operating Systems and Internet Browsers are not currently compatible with Tesco Bank Online Banking:
