What you'll need to apply:

• Your monthly income after tax and National Insurance (£5,000 minimum annual gross income)
• Your employer's postcode and address
• Your bank details - Sort code and Account number
• Your credit card details for any cards the you may wish to transfer a balance from. You will also have an opportunity to transfer a balance once you receive your card.
