Important New Parent Free Life Cover policy information

• New parents aged between 18 and 66 are eligible.
• Cover must be taken out before the child's first birthday.
• The parent applying for the cover must be named on the birth certificate, adoption certificate, final residence order or special guardianship order.
• An applicant must be a UK resident (excludes Channel Islands or Isle of Man) and remain a UK resident for the duration of the term.
• The plan will not pay out if you commit suicide, or die as the result of an HIV-related illness, non-prescription drug abuse or from a history of alcohol abuse.
• Only one plan can be taken out per parent, per child.
• New Parent Free Life Cover will expire on your child's first birthday.
• The policy holder must not have had a positive diagnosis of HIV infection nor, within the last 12 months, received medical treatment for cancer (including leukaemia and lymphoma).
