In October 2009 we announced that we were creating 1,000 new jobs at a new Newcastle CSC, as part of our general insurance partnership with Fortis UK.

In addition, we recruited a further 800 full time jobs at our customer service centre in Glasgow. Recruitment for the contact centres and head office is ongoing.
